Flat Black Society

Welcome to the Flat Black Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built by and for Marine Corps Reserve SNCOs.

Our mission is to foster camaraderie, share best practices, exchange knowledge and ideas, and reduce the time spent searching for answers, templates, and documents that Marines have been refining for more than 250 years.

This group is open to all current SMCR and IMA SNCOs who want to be part of a collective focused on building each other up, solving problems, and making the force better.
